Dear Steph Cawood,
I'm replying to your email requesting planning advice on a number of subjects.
Regarding the old Boots store there is now an application to create a new shop front. The store is to be divided into 3 units, for Top Shop, Topman and Principles. I believe work has just recently started.
The remaining question about the 1000 planned new houses (over 10 - 20 years) will be answered by our Local Plans team.
